Normally, I rarely write reviews, even after very good holidays. But after our stay at Lotus Therme Hotel, I genuinely felt I had to make an exception and thank the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. It has honestly been many years since I enjoyed a family holiday this much. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything felt effortless, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly relaxing and positive, and you can truly feel that the staff care about the guests and take pride in what they do. Every single member of the staff we met was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, spa area, housekeeping, or throughout the hotel in general, we always felt welcomed and taken care of. It is rare to experience such consistently high-quality service everywhere you go in a hotel. A special thank you goes to the restaurant and wellness staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their warmth and attention to detail. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but at Lotus Therme Hotel everything simply worked naturally and smoothly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The wellness and spa facilities were fantastic, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it very difficult to leave. What impressed me most was that there was not a single negative aspect I could genuinely point out — and that is something I almost never say about any hotel. The best proof of how much we enjoyed our stay is that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you once again to the entire Lotus Therme Hotel team for creating such a wonderful experience for our family. Everything was excellent and of a high standard. I would have appreciated slightly warmer water in the pools. Other than that, we’ll be happy to return to your hotel.

We stayed in Lotus Therme last week- September 2024. This hotel is very relaxing in any way: room is nice, good size, clean and doesn’t need any repairs. Staff is very friendly, calm and accommodating. We had massages, therapeutic baths and mad baths done- perfectly executed. Their food is not only delicious, and in huge quantities with a lot of choices, but cooked very delicately and presented like in $$$ restaurant. More accolades go to multiple pools and sauna facilities. The grounds forest is lushly with plenty of wild life. The only thing which needs improvement is that long time needed for shower water to warm up. Thank you Lotus team for our wonderful stay!!!
