This was our second stay here, and once again we were delighted with the beautiful surroundings, the excellent service, the food, and above all, the relaxing time spent in the pools. It is truly soothing for the soul. We are already planning to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay, as four days simply aren’t enough! We are already looking forward to coming back. A big thank you to the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of us.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean and pleasant, featuring a large pool and sauna complex. The services were excellent, and the staff was pleasant.

An absolutely fantastic holiday. All the staff were so professional and courteous. The health and spa facilities were amazing especially the hot stone treatment. The evening entertainment was a special way to finish each day’s activities. The variety of foods in both morning and evening mealtimes was bountiful. Nd last but not least the room was most comfortable and spacious ensuring that we rested well in comfort. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

My parents got the stay at Lotus Therme Hotel&Spa as a gift. They have really enjoyed every minute of their stay, from the start when they have arrived, spoke with receptionist until the last minute of this holiday everything was excellent. It was nice to hear how happy and relaxed they have felt. My dad had health issues - trapped nerve in his neck - and awaiting for the surgery, but being 2x in the healing water of this hotel, he felt much better, what we could not say in the past 5 months as he was in constant pain. Now I wish I would have send them much earlier to this amazing place and for more than 3 days, maybe we would avoid even the surgery. For sure, they will be back for a well deserved rest again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Normally, I rarely write reviews, even after very good holidays. But after our stay at Lotus Therme Hotel, I genuinely felt I had to make an exception and thank the entire team for such an unforgettable experience. It has honestly been many years since I enjoyed a family holiday this much. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything felt effortless, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is incredibly relaxing and positive, and you can truly feel that the staff care about the guests and take pride in what they do. Every single member of the staff we met was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, spa area, housekeeping, or throughout the hotel in general, we always felt welcomed and taken care of. It is rare to experience such consistently high-quality service everywhere you go in a hotel. A special thank you goes to the restaurant and wellness staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable with their warmth and attention to detail. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but at Lotus Therme Hotel everything simply worked naturally and smoothly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The wellness and spa facilities were fantastic, the food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it very difficult to leave. What impressed me most was that there was not a single negative aspect I could genuinely point out — and that is something I almost never say about any hotel. The best proof of how much we enjoyed our stay is that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you once again to the entire Lotus Therme Hotel team for creating such a wonderful experience for our family.
