Important Information Before Your Arrival

Information on the mandatory recording of guests’ personal data

Dear Guest!

In accordance with the applicable legal regulations*, we hereby inform you that from 1 September 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary are required by law to have their personal data recorded via a document scanner in the accommodation management system and transmitted to a central storage system, the Closed Guest Information Database (VIZA).

Data to be recorded:

family and given name
birth family and given name
place of birth
date of birth
gender
nationality
mother’s birth family and given name (if included in the identification document)
identification or travel document number
for third-country nationals**: visa or residence permit number, date and place of entry

The guest using the accommodation services must present a valid ID card, driving licence or passport for identification purposes. Without presenting a valid document, the accommodation service must be refused. The accommodation provider is legally entitled to request and record the guest’s identification document, and the guest is obliged to present it.

Please make sure to check before travelling that you have valid photo identification documents with you. For children under the age of 14, from 1 June 2022 onwards, identification is also mandatory.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Early check-in from 11:00 is available depending on occupancy. Fee: 20,000 HUF / room. Advance booking required.

Check-out: until 11:00
Late check-out until 14:00 depending on availability. Fee: 20,000 HUF / room.
Day use: extend your stay until 18:00 with spa and room use. Fee: 30,000 HUF / room.

Pets

Our hotel accepts small dogs (max. 10 kg) in a limited number of rooms upon prior arrangement, surcharge: 19,900 HUF / night.

Pets are only allowed in designated rooms.
Pets are not permitted in common areas, restaurant, spa and wellness areas.
Please keep dogs on a leash at all times.
Bowls and waste bags are provided.
Owners are responsible for cleanliness and behaviour.
