After registration, our loyalty guests can collect points after their stays. Points can only be credited if you made your booking through the hotel’s own booking platform or directly at the hotel. Points will be credited after check-out. Important: loyalty points can only be collected from the first booking after registration. Points from past bookings made before registration cannot be applied.

Points are valid for 3 years, and our system will notify you in advance if the expiration date is approaching.

If you are arriving with a larger group, we recommend making one registration per family. It is possible to book multiple rooms under one user profile.

The loyalty points you have collected so far will not be lost, and your current point balance can still be used within the validity period.
