Black Week booking conditions
Payment conditions:
- For the 25% discount, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- To receive the additional 5% discount, full prepayment is required when making the booking.
- Discounts are available exclusively online via the official Lotus Therme website. The system automatically applies the discount.
Cancellation policy:
- For bookings with a 25% discount: free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival; afterwards, a 30% penalty applies.
- For bookings with a 25%+5% discount: a 100% cancellation fee applies from the time of booking.
- The reservation cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge.
Modification:
- After 15 November 2025, modifications can only be accepted according to the current offers.
- Bookings made with the 25%+5% discount cannot be modified.
Black Week tip
The discount can be combined with the Lotus Therme Loyalty Programme benefits, but cannot be combined with other promotions and is available exclusively on the Lotus Therme website.
